Hi! my name is Cena, and... I'm new! Yay! I've been a fan of this site for a few months now, and I've been practicing my skin-making skills, which are still not very good, mind you, but I thought I should finally join so I could get some comments and critism hopefully. ^-^ Be as harsh as you like, but be fair please!
I'm not sure how to make fancy images for the skins, but I do have PS elements 5.0 so please help if you can!
