I don't think I would use the blue in the vectors above (clouds), as it draw the eye away from the main focus, which is the description of intense designs. If you want to use the blue as an accent, use it in the headline font, instead of the orange. Either that, or use it in the vectoring surrounding the Intense Designs descriptions. This way it will act as a frame and point out what the focus is --the description. For the navigation links, I would also try to find something that flows more from the grunge border instead of the arrows, because you do not want to see a definite distinction between two parts. You want it to flow smoothly. Maybe use more of the buildings, but smaller, and balance the navigation links between each building.
