It's a javascript link that allows you to change various window properties. The one I'm using is this <a href="#" onClick="window.open(' URL HERE',' PAGE NAME HERE','scrollbars, location=no,height= HEIGHT GOESHERE,width= WIDTH GOES HERE');return false;"> TEXT LINK HERE</a>

You can get a coolie Shoutbox from here. xignashout.com/you can customise it pretty much in the same way as a Proboards. it's pretty cool

I have to say that that is the best one I have some across and it does not mess up the boards any.
And thank you for the code took me a couple tries to get it right but I finely did.
Do we add CSS the same was as in Proboards code wise?

Cool i'm glad you got it working, and, yeah, i think they are pretty cool shoutboxes too you don't need to worry about adding CSS in the headers, as you can change the style of your shoutbox from the admin area, by going to Customization > Skin Preferences.
