Ok, so this isnt anything to do with design but I was really wondering if anyone on here could help me out.
I have made a Big Cat RPG and well basically I have worked really really hard on my site. Edited it. Added loads of codes. Over months. To then find out today that somone has actually COPY AND PASTED all the words I have put in about my boards.
Also in the create a character bit I put that you just have to click create a new thread and the form will appear. They have done the same yet they have not put the code in. Prooving it was just copy and pasted from my site.
This has really annoyed and upset me. I didnt work on my site as hard as I have to have it copied.
So basically what Im getting at here is, I was wondering if anyone know's what I could do in the situation.
I have PMed the person. But I want to know if theres anything I can do if they do not edit it. And stop copying all my site. As it all came from me and my best friends imagination.
Ok Thanks for any help given. No matter how little.

Did they copy just the coding you used for your site.. or did they copy your RPG Plot, etc, what about your graphics? ----- Since you've PM'd them about it, if they don't change their information you can fill out a TOS Report and let the Proboards administration deal with them.

Well Coding if they did indeed copy them, not much you can do if they are freely accessible codes from coding sites.
But on the actual information, You can ask them to Edit or Remove the content, and if they do not, use the link that Emma posted above and report the site, for stealing your information.
Other then that not a whole lot you can do, but hopefully they will be nice about it and edit the information.

Sorry to say this, but you can't do much in this situation. People are allowed to use codes already made unless they make their own so another person copying your codes is same as if they are using the premade codes. I think filing TOS is waste of time. They never do anything, don't bother. What you can do is go to that person's forum who copy/pasted your code and tell them to remove the same exact codes. That's about it.
