I know -- I surfed the premades before making my request -- I love all the premades but couldn't find the perfect match, there were a few close ones...

The banner was made by a great friend of mine...

I have always wanted to do a dark blue skin and had the perfect opportunity now! So, I thank you too, td I hope you like it. I haven't made any buttons other than the old/new icons right now. If you would like, I can whip you up some menu buttons, too.

But here it is. Also, I changed the border on the banner just to match the skin a bit better. Hope that's alright.

I LOVE IT! Thanks so very much, it is super! I am uploading the graphics right now on my server, I am just having one problem -- all of it seems to work but I don't have the light stripe down the left side of the forum like in the preview. Any ideas?

I'm so glad you like it and got all the images worked out, too. I really am happy it is what you were looking for.

And the only site you really could give credit to if you want is ocgfx. The button and everything is at the bottom of the index page here. Other than that, it is just a great joy for me to do something for someone else again.
