Sig Tutorial by Guardian1. open a new picture, size 300 X 130. 2. brush around with a soft abstract, color black. this is what i got 3. Then, paste your render on a new layer. I will be using the render below 4. feather your render to how you like it. what i got 5. place your text where you want. prefferably small text, color black. 6. text blending options. >drop shadow >>1. opacity 100% >>2. distance 3 >>3. spread 0 >>4. size 3 7. select two colors from your pallet, and open a new layer. 8. on the new layer, create clouds. Filter> Render> Clouds 9. set the cloud layer to soft light. this is what i have so far 10. since mine is way too dark, ill merge the layers as visable Layer>merge visable 11. Then, ill go to Image> Adjustments> Exposure, and brighten the exposure. this is what i have after those two steps 12. Almost done. now just create a new layer, ctrl + a to select the whole layer, and go Edit> Stroke> 2pxl black. This will make a border thats actually 1pxl black. YOUR DONE! This tutorial was made by Guardian. please do not ripp, or host unless given permission. thank you.

This tutorial is for PhotoShop CS2. But more than likely you can use it as a sort of guide in PSP for a lot of the stuff are very similar.
