Go to File > Import > Screen Capture > Set up, to open up the set up dialogue, and select 'Area' in the Capture settings.
To take a screen capture Go to File > Import > Screen Capture > Start, or press Shift + C.
clicking your right mouse button or the using the hot key will begin the screen capture.
Left click in the top left corner of the area you want to capture, and left click again in the bottom right corner, and your captured image should now be in psp.
To make multiple captures tick 'Multiple Captures' under Options in the set up dialogue.
