I did mine in a day so I will give you 2days since I had more notice. Deadline is Friday! O and in TTD the members vote for the better banner. I know your good with graphics so I picked u  Have Fun and make it your best. To answer your question you dont have to have 2, I did that just to show one grayscale and one with color. So you can just create one if you want. GOOD LUCK MICHEAL! |

Ah, it's cool looking... Okay. I made two entries. I was originally wanting it to be animated but because of it beings .gif the coloring was messed up. So instead of using the animation one as my entry I am using the non-animated one. But I'm posting both. ;D Animated:  Non-Animated (my entry):  *Note: I'm not a "gamer" type of person so I'm not sure if I spelt GoldenEye right. lol. ;D *Note2: I used Paint. |

It's a photoshop effect. Use the marquee tool, and right click fill. Fill it with the color you like. Lower opacity and the fill down to like 40- 50- 60
Then the effects option looks like the flash button, have Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Inner and Outer Glow, B. Emboss, and stroke. TOODA!
