Challenge is to create a Skin, to determine who is the better of the two once and for all. (Personal kinda thing lol)
Skin for Proboards Forums
Style: Freeform
Color: Any
Must include all the Main page images:
Logo
Background
Menu Buttons
Gradients
On/Off and Info Center Icons
May include: (Optional)
Smilies
UBBC
Rank
Forum Buttons
Mini Banner
Misc. Images (e.g. Avatar, Signature)
Deadline: November 9th (My time) and November 10th (Xklibur time)
Comments: Once Created it will be judged then both skins shall be added to the Skin Index should both wish to do so. Hopefully this shall be interesting for everyone to vote on.

I must say I like Nyas more. The colors are good. The banner just blew my mind. X, yours is good because I like the concept. But its very IN YOUR FACE.
Nya you could improve yours by putting in no menu spaces then it would top it off.
My vote goes to Nya.

Well that is what I think. No offence really, other people could love it, other hate it. Thats the way the world works. I didnt say it was bad if you read my post. Which I dont think its bad... Nya is just better which is what a duel is all about trying to win.

I actually was wondering what you meant, that's all. Coz you don't exactly elaborate, I've asked a few people what it meant and they're like... Eh? No clue either... So yeah... Just curious, that's all.
Plus, I don't exactly need a duel to tell me Nya is better. The only reason why I agree to it is because Nya won't believe me when I told her that she's way better than me.

Wow Xklibur nice job on the skin, (I still think your good)
Definitely bold choice and I do like it, sadly the screen size on the desktop totally skewed up the bg....

lol thanks Andrew I was rather pleased with how the banner turned out as well, though I was starting to think I would never get it looking the way I would want it.
Hmmm I will see about that code when I am back on the laptop because I do not have that sites login on the desktop.
Is the bg ok? I kinda took a chance with it, hoping it would do a cool effect.

My eyes are old and tired and I am slowly moving towards blindness.
I love the concept of xklibur's skin and think that it would be the definate winner if the colors were different. It just hurts my eyes too much to look at it for more than a few minutes though.
Nya's skin is very lovely although I think that the background is a little too busy and detracts a bit from the absolutely goreous banner. The colors are more restful on my eyes.
Bottom line. . . it's a draw.
