 So, I tried to make it like a poster, eh...--- Okay, so lately I've become obsessed with the Sacred Heart and I decided that I would do something with it. While working on this, I got to think about how we are suppose to mirror Jesus [remember the whole WWJD deal?] and that if we were to mirror his love... that'd mean our love would go past all limits and even in the face of death, we would continue to love. When martyrs die [for Christ], do they think of it as returning the same love that Christ had towards them? Or do they just not care and think that they love him so much that they cannot be seperate from him, despite the cost of their life? Nice work Michael. I like how you've transformed the image of the heart and made it your own. The barbed wire and blood and the flames are awesome. Great job ;D

Wow! Thanks everyone! I seriously don't think it's that hot of a job but I appreciate the comments. Yeah, I was wanting the heart to look like it was on one of those plastic posters so I had to work on it... for about 45 minutes, seriously. But I think that'd have to be my favorite part of the whole thing. The only thing I don't reallly like is the negative space in the top left and right corners. I feel as if there should be something there. Any suggestions or comments on that?

What I think is even better is that it serves as a symbolization and has a great meaning behind it.

Michael, I think this is actually one of my favorites of all of your graphics. I don't think the space at the top is bad, I think it makes it look clean and uncluttered. If there was something there it might look too busy, I think. It's really quite a moving image. You did a fantastic job on it.
