it's quite a memorable quote, i used the Good News Bible. the NIV puts it like this
"is that you, you troubler of Israel?"

i'm not 100% sure about this, but is it Sarah to Abraham? (Genesis 16:2) it seems almost the same.

Very close! It is actually in the chapter before 16 And it is Abram.... but he wasn't talking to Sarah.

hehe, I've found it. It's Genesis 15:3 and it's Abram to the Lord "Let me go back to my own people in Egypt to see if any of them are still alive."
