Yes! A new look will be coming to OCgfx! And the admins need the communities help! We want to see what you'd like to have here at OCgfx. Post suggestions, color layouts, images, anything you want to see. The one thing we will not accept is coding changes. The only exception to this is if you are a well-known and trusted member of OCgfx and also, you must have a more-than-general knowledge of code. If any of these things apply to you and you'd like to see new code or updated, please post! Thank you!

I think it needs to be something different (If we are changing *cries*) Something that other sites arent doing and most seem to be going with a grey or blue or combo of the two. So we need something that sets us apart from the rest...
As for what colors exactly I would need to think about that one for a little bit.. How much time I have? lol
And the coding is fine I hardly ever have trouble with the coding.

Thank you dreams for posting your idea! We will keep it in consideration when making the final decision.
Nya, I think I am going to give about a week on the colors because if I keep the color suggetions open too long, I'll have too much of a variety to chose from.
I also have color ideas in mind as well. Somthing like burnt umber, a little bit of red browns... But I'd have to find the actual colors for you to see because it probably sounds like crap. lol.

Whoa Dreams thats pretty cool image you worked up ^^ Cool a week hmmmm *starts thinking* Burnt Umber huh hmmmm not to bad i have a look into that one it might work.. Hmm so far we got two for Aqua based colors strange,... I do know we have to try and keep it Easy on the Eyes if we dont members wont be able to look at it for long. AHHHH!! A NEW LOOK!! O__o are my eyes DECEIVING ME?!?! ...
I'm not sure whether to be happy or sad... I <3 this skin, it's the most unique thing I've ever seen. But, I guess a new look wouldn't be too bad, my eyes are shrinking from orange... lol. Blue is a good idea, but... it's a bit overused if it's with black or gray. We need a Blue and... something else.. maybe brown, or green...

Yes, Smangii, a new look! lol. Yeah, I know. I was really hesitant to start this thread because this template is so awesome but there is a time for this, a time for that, and the time of this template is out. =/ A new look is needed. I think it'll bring OCgfx out of its little dormacy and bring newcomers as well. Hopefully.
Rashmin, those colors are great! Thanks for posting them. Like dreams, I will keep them in consideration.
Everyone else, don't hesitate to post your ideas on colors and layouts and such! I can't wait to see them!

And since Burnt Umber is out lol I can add skins up lol but not sure what to do with them >.< If you like your welcome to use them I can grab the colors for you if you might be intereste. --------------------------------------- Back on subject... Rashmin those colors are cool I could see it being done not sure Would it be to bright? or could Images tone it down a bit... Lets see what else can do. |

Okay, so a blue color scheme seems to be the way to go, BUT we're still being open minded in the case of a new idea. Personally, I'd like to incorporate an orange into it because there has always been some form of orange in each template. Not orange and blue, like the Gators. I want to get away from that idea. But have like... perhaps a peach like orange or something, as a text color and a little in the bg, banner, and the other images.
What do ya'll think?
