There will be nothing to enjoy during the Tribulation.

There will be nothing to enjoy during the Tribulation. My thoughts exactly. Is there something we're not catching, Tippy?

Then maybe I should explain myself a bit better.
Years ago, before I became a Calvinist, I read the Left Behind series. Reading about what Judd, Vicki, Chloe, Buck, Rayford and co went through, it sounded really exciting. All that danger and stuff. I almost would make you wish you were left behind. I know the tribulation won't be exciting. But at the time, it did. Get what I'm saying?

I remember almost wishing that I would be left just for the adventures... very foolish, I know. But I got your meaning now. ;]

I would rather be with The Lord in Heaven, much more exciting.

I would rather be with The Lord in Heaven, much more exciting. Yes, I know. Now that I've got so much closer in my relationship with him... [in the words of a famous hymn] I wouldn't miss it for the world. Not for any adventures even beyond what Judd, Vicki, Ryan, and Lionel went through.
