Would any1 be able to make me a colour skin with these colours

#000000
With a black background , if possible , i have been trying for days but can get the colours to look right any help would be appreciated

Sorry to say that many of us really do not have the time to create custom skins. But are you sure that there are not any skins that are similar to those colors? |
