i am using this on my forum and for some reason the header images aren't showing up when using Internet Explorer, yet it works fine with mozilla firefox....why is this and how can i fix it?

Forgive me but I am very new to any of this coding and im trying to configure a board using this skin for my clan.
I cant find anywhere in the attached tutorial to put the buttons for the Home/Help/Search/Members/Calender/Admin/Profile/logout buttons.
I also created a Header or I guess you could call it a banner at the top and How would I have that set to display on all the pages? Thanks.
Sorry if im reviving a dead post but im stumped.

ok, i joined, if you dont mind, if you give me skins/forum colors, ill go ahead and put them on, i already have all the images hosted, as i was going to use this and did on my old site. |

i dont have power, go to your admin panel, go to cutomize groups, and then go to adminastrator, and click continue on the first page you see, and scroll through powers, and find skins/forum colors and headers and footers, and click the drop down box next to them, and change it to yes.
