Banner help

Hi I am sorry ask this question but some did a very nice lettering on my daughters banner which was the fairy skin one in the the skin area of forum and it was really nice it suited the forum very nice and Fancy writing which cool, but banner went missing and did not make a back up of it so any one remember doing this please let me know thanks foxy (this word was Magazine-fashion on it )
