How would I change the font color of a subject/thread title? You could put this is all your board headers (except the main and global headers) <style type="text/css"> <!-- .cattext { color: red; } --> </style> ExampleOr because the font is bold you could use this <style type="text/css"> <!-- b { color:#Hex Colour Here; } --> </style> But that will change all your bold text.

the font is already bold so just add that <style type="text/css"> <!-- .cattext { color: red; } --> </style>

OK Thanks. It never worked for me.
I entered the following code in my Global & Main Footers:
<style type="text/css"> <!--
.cattext { color: B50010; }
--> </style> The code never worked because the text below (which is a poll question that never changed like it should):

ah right. It looks like you want to change the text colour of the description at the top of each post. i understood you to mean the description at the top of each thread in the category bar. BTW I said to put it in all the footers, except the main and global footers. Unfortunately you can't change that text alone using css (perhaps you can using Javascript, you'll have to try elsewhere for that), but you can make all your bold text that colour, inc' the description in every post. Try it out, you never know. <style type="text/css"> <!-- b { color:# B50010; } --> </style>

Actually i originally said all the board headers (ie the individual boards) and not the main (the home /index page) or global (every forum page).
Go into your admin area and click on boad headers/footers.
In the dropdown list you need to put the code in all the headers for the boards you have created in each category. You can put it in every header (inc' the global and main) if you want but you only want the text to be changed in the boards themselves.

I really don't understand. Could I PM (Private Message) you my username and password and you could add the code for me? Just send me a PM (Private Message) and I'll send you my username and password for my forum.

I don't think thats a good idea. if something went wrong with your forum, I don't think i'd be able to cope.
But this might help. Put it in every one of your headers, and then save.
Check out to see if it worked.
Then (if you are happy) go back into your header/footers and remove it from your main and global headers, and save again.
