I would think that there'd be something similar in PSP...in PS, you can choose Edit / Transform, and the you have the choices: Scale, Rotate, Skew, Distort, Perspective, Rotate 180', Rotate 90' CW, Rotate 90' CCW, Flip Horizonal and Flip Vertical.

yeah, the Ctrl+I flips it verticaly.
To reverse it horizontally it's Ctrl+M. you can also use 'free rotate' (Ctrl+R), and rotate it both clockwise and anti-clock wise.

You could try it this way, claire go to Layers > DuplicateThen go to Image > FlipSelect the Move Tool in the tools palette and postion the flipped layer. Then look in your layers palatte and reduce the opacity of the flipped layer. I hope that helps

Hiya.
Im trying to do the reflection again. I have tried selection, vector and floating but it wont work. I cant remember which one i need to use. When i go to selection, it wont duplicate. When i go to vector, it will duplicate but its doing it wrong as i cant move the reflection bit. When i go to selection, it wont duplicate. What should i do? I think its because its been a while since i last did it and i cant remember as im still new to PSP
Thank you Clare

I'm not sure why it's not working for you when you use a vector layer. or why it can't mve. you shuld be able to move anything with the move too. I'm a bit puzzled about that.
If it's a floating selection, i think you'll need to deselect (Ctrl + D) the selection before you duplicate it.

Yes this is a very nice tutorial short and sweet. This is a basic technique but for fonts reflections look really nice!

You can do a fading one, but you have to make a mask and all that stuff. I did that in my siggy with the sprite in the bg.
