STEP TWO: Set your foreground color to black, #000000 and your background color to a medium green, #00c000 STEP THREE: Select your FloodFill tool and fill in your layer with the black. STEP FOUR: Create a new layer, go to layers --> new raster layer --> ok STEP FIVE: Select your Preset Shapes tool, and choose the InkBlot Shape. Check Anti-Alias and Create as Vector. Leave Width at 0 and everything else default. Draw an inkblot, a large size, in the middle of your avatar. You should have this: STEP SIX: With it still selected, go to Effects --> Disortion Effects --> Polar Coordinates --> And check "Polar to Rectangular". Click OK STEP SEVEN: Using the Move tool, drag the slime up a bit so you can see the bottom of the slime. Before:After:STEP EIGHT: Add some text, a border, and you're done!
