This is really simple to do hope you like it. This is in photoshop. My starting image is this: 1 You go File-New and make the image size 3x3. 2 You select the pencil tool and change you pallet colour to black. 3 You zoom in and put 3 dots going diagonly like this: 4 You go Edit-Define Pattern and save it as what you want it to be called. 5 Open up the image you want the pattern overlay on and go Layer-Layer Style-Blending Options. 6 A box should appear, click on Pattern Overlay in the box's menu. 7 In this section click on the box next to the word Pattern. 8 Now select your pattern and make the Opacity 35 then click ok. Your done, heres what it sould be like:
