The threads asking if God real and such. There really is no true answer if you think of it, but I will not start a debate about this, If you think this will harm you in anyway, please do not read any further. If you can take it without getting angry or throwing some things from the bible at me though here, then please read on. But I really encourage you to read this.
As I read on, through the recent and old histroy threads on here, with the almost same question, it got me thinking. " If some say the bible was correct and such, then why has it changed over the years?" It it was changed, then it is not true. . . It's like the game telephone, after so many people heard it and passed it on, it changes into something false. But I do not want to hear after reading this," How could you say it isn't true. " Well let me continue. Out there somewhere in the world, there has to be a original that the other bibles have branched off of. Knowing to be, I don't even know if there is one out there. But by reading one bible, then going to the next and reading a totally different one, they are different in some way.
Continuing. . .
If someone questions, about God of course. If he is real or not. One can't be so certain. Yeah, some think he is, and believe more than others. But just because you may be christian, you don't have to believe. If someone asks if he is real, I see some try to lean their attention and try to get the to think," Yes of course he is real, we have proof." But that proof isn't really. . . How to say, accurate enough? If it keeps getting changed. I could add some of my two cents in here, but I won't. Needing to be it isn't necessicary really. I was brought up around really religious people, my father and grandmother. And always heard,"He is always watching you, so behave. If you don't you'll go to hell." So I actually believed it, and behaved. But I picked up the bible one day, and was reading,( Yes I actually read it once or twice) and then I read the one at church school, they were totally different. One said you'd go to hell for bad deeds, and the other said your forgiven for all your sins. I don't remember which was which or which ones they were, but that's what they said. But every sin cannot be forgiven, otherwise there'd be no hell, so to say.
I can say I do somewhat believe in him, but not the fact that he was real. Unless someone comes running up to me with a photo with them standing by God himself, then I don't think he was real.
What I trying to say is, don't use things from the bible to persuade people that he is real. Because things can go in another way as well, you might not think about it but it does, I put a lot of thought into this over the years. I am not saying don't believe, I am not saying quit your religion. I am just saying, let others see and think what they will please?
Sorry for the trouble, if you find this unsuitable mike then remove it. I am a female and a bit cranky lol, had to say something it hit my nerves the wrong way seeing all these threads of that. . probably made no since. KNOWIN ME!
