hi um do people just make thier skins by themselves or do they go to a certain site and is able to pick things and put them all together to make skins

People make skins with their graphics program such as Adobe Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. There are also forums from where you can find templates already made for people to use freely. There are alot of templates here, too. Check them out, too  |

Raja your forgetting people use regular paint and other programs too lol. . . NOT EVERYONE HAS PSP OR PHOTOSHOP! lol. xDDD
