Out of curiosity, if someone uses a template or skin, for example, that you've made and they don't credit you with making it like you have told all users to do so in the post... what steps need to be taken next?

lol well for others that might be interested..

Good place to start is Asking them to provide the needed notice that you made it.

Worst case, you gotta involve Proboards if they refuse to remove or add in the needed copyright, I have seen such things turn pretty nasty..

Yea you just have to file a TOS against there site.

But first I would ask them to add the copyright and if not get there site pulled down.
