How do i change the background color at the top of my page, that is surrounding the banner??

yeah, you can change your background colour or image in modify skins. It's the quickest and easiest way to do it but if you want to change the logo cell and not the main bg, you do it in this one |

I think we are missunderstanding on another. all I need to change is the color around my new banner...hmm, I have changed it in the modify skins but it did not change anything. LOL

ah, Dee, i see the problem. i just had a look in I.E at your board and you have a background image in there. Because I use firefox, it wasn't showing up there for me.. You need to remove the image from the welcomebg
