Where can i find a code for this?

I've been a bit curious to add something to my own forums. Instead of the normal default profile setup thing(What you see when you look to the left of a members message. Where the avatar would be) where can i get a code to change it? Here's just an example:

(Just look to the left of his message. The message itself of the topic of that thread has nothing to do with the example.
