i want to get a backround like this one for my proboards site can anyone tell me how to do this and where i can get it at and i i dont want to have to pay for anything ether?

If you go to our template board, there are several templates you can download. They all have backgrounds and complete images in them for proboards skins.  |

well the thing is me and my friend made it he is the admin and i dont have that much power so he has to do it. but i looked at some of them and i liked one so i told him about it and he got on and is postin it on the site now i think. aslo just wondering if u know a way i could make these.

you need a gfx program anything from paint to photoshop. you can download free trials of paint shop pro and Photoshop. here's the links if they're any help to you Download PSP9 for 30 days HereYou can download Photoshop for 30 days from here.
