Ok today PS is being a pest..
When I try to do text it wont size right at all...
a Size 8 pixel looks more like a size 2ish and 6px is a 1px by looks...
Normally when this happens I shut everything down and reboot my comp and all fixed but today it refuses to do that sooooo
Has anyone had this type issue? If so how did you fix it?

Wow..never had this problem. Try going to Fonts folder from Control Panel and Press F5 to refresh on that window. Another good thing to do is do System Restore to when your fonts looked right. That's all I can say =/

I don't know if it does this in PS, but check to make sure it says pixels for the units instead of points. [shrugs] That's what it sounds like to me anyways...

Ah I havent had System Restore on in so long till it would take me back a good couple years...
Hmm It only has pt setting.... but its odd it was working fine yesturday then today its all messed up... *sigh*

You can set the date on that to yesterday when things were working fine. Check your zoom on PS. Try changing the alias. All I can think of at the moment sorry :S |

Eh not that I know of I turned all that type stuff off in sake of space on the computer...
Hmm I tryed the dumb thing today still had the problem I hoped it woulda fixed itself...
I'll try that.. Would that effect the text though ?

Yes even on an avatar it still messes up but I guess I will make due cause I dont feel like uninstalling and reinstaling it to see if that would help...
I been changing pt to px when doing sizes it still switches to pt but least got it working enough I can use it.
