Ok people are saying, we want paint with layers and extras, now here it is:

Its called Paint.NET i have yet to download it becausse im at school however i cant wait to get home and try it. It has layers and everything and a colour wheel and unlimited undo so what are you waiting for download it. You can download it from here:
