Has anyone here used both PSP9 and X? Which do you prefer? I have the opportunity (thank you, Santa! lol) to buy one or the other, but I'm not sure which to get. I've been using PSP7 for over a year and am a little bit wary of switching to something vastly different, but I guess it's time to retire old 7 and move on. I've downloaded the trial version of X and while it's different I'm not feeling completely lost. That's a good sign, right? lol 9 is cheaper, but if X is more improved then I want to go ahead and get that. Any opinions?

I think you would be happy with either one. There isn't huge differences between the 2. If money is a concern, then I would definately go with PSP9, 'cause I don't think there is that many differences to the 2 programs.

From what i can tell they isn't much difference between the two. I did download X and noticed a couple of new tools. the workspace looks nice. i like the new icons . i didn't like the layers palatte that much, but i think you can revert back to the old one. To be honest I only took one look at it, because it was easier for me to just use psp9 and trial versions take ages to load up ;D I think i'm going to stick with 9 and not go on to X. hopefully there will be a lot more changes when the next version comes out. Compared to 7, either 8, 9 and 10 are worth getting. i think there were some realy big changes when 8 came out

Thanks, you two. I went ahead and ordered 9, but until it gets here I have X to play with. ;D
