Alright, I am making a Pokemon site entitled "Empoleon Era." Now I would like both custom gradients and a custom banner. I am giving a lot of freedom to the artist where the baner is concerned. I would like Empoleon, whether it be all of him or just his face I do not care, somewhere on it and for it to say in a very unique, but messy writing "Empoleon Era." I would like the banner to be made of blues.
Now for my gradients I would like less free-ranged graphics. I would like it to be the same blue(s) that made up the banner because that is going to be my color(s) for the rest of the skin. possibly I would like Empoleon's face half faded on a specific side, or it could simply be a blue pokeball fitted in stylishly. Please please please please help me
