So I've seen a lot of cool banners and images where they have a picture that instead of just flashing away (like all of mine do on Image Ready), they sort of slowly fade away. I was thinking maybe it was just duplicating the layers, and lowering the opacity each time? But that seems like it might come out weird. I was wondering if maybe there were any tutorials or if someone here knew how to achieve that effect? Thanks, if anyone can. I'd really appreciate it.
By the way, I'm obviously new here. So hello.

I haven't used Image Ready before. When it comes to animation, honestly, I stay away. BUT! I have animated before using unFREEz and Merge, which is two freeware programs. Matt has created a tutorial in using these and in his tutorial, his text fades away. Maybe it can help you out.

Hi, Foreverapple. I've only used one animation program, so I'm not sure if I can be any help to you.
