Cropping Question

I only have Paint- the one that comes with the computer when you buy it. I can't figure out how to crop something. Is there a crop option? If so, where?

To crop a picture in Paint select the Select tool at the top right hand corner of the tool box, which looks like this

then drag the Select tool over the area of the image you want to crop

and copy (Ctrl+C)

Then open a new image (Ctrl+N)

and Paste (Ctrl+V)

and that's it
