I have to get my CD burner working now with all these gfx clogging up my computer!  I've got a teeny computer and LOVE what PSP can do (in the right hands...obvious; ie M@'s ) On to my point, can someone recommend which program you get the most bang for your buck and hopefully won't crash my computer? hehe, I would say Paint Shop Pro. It's the best budget graphics program avaliable, although you might like to check out PS Elements, which with around the same price, and maybe a bit cheaper . Hmm, M@, I prefer PSP9 because its what I've been working with and am most familar with. I haven't been able to find any downloads of it; only PSPX. Do you know of any sites that still give the PSP9 DL?

I tried all of them and it turns out that they're all invalid files... so maybe Corel is getting rid of all the evidence that Jasc is WAY better than them. lol... I guess I have to DL PSPX. =/ lol....

Or you could try the GIMP too Michael. The things that I have read say that it is every bit as good and can use all the brushes and stuff made for psp.

You can really use the PSP brushes? I just may because I'm having problems DLing PSPX... some stupid DLing process Corel has now... It's retarded. They can't just DL everything normal like... but yeah, I just may...

Michael, how come you don't want to d/l PSP X? I tried it before I bought 9 and they seem to be pretty similar.

They are similar but everytime I download it... it says I have 0 days left or that I didn't register... but I did. Other things happen as well... I ended up DLing it about five time within the past couple days... but I finally just gave up on it...

Yeah, I can see how that would get annoying. lol Well, I hope that the GIMP works out well for you. It would be my first choice if I weren't using PSP.

Okay, I have good-bad news...
Bad: I DLed GIMP but it was missing A LOT of stuff and I was trying to figure it out. It wasn't until I was reading a tut that I found out that I was missing stuff. So I deleted it since I couldn't use it.
Good: I figured, "Hey, I might as well try PSPX for the 7th or 8th time. No harm in trying." *shrug* AND GUESS WHAT?! It DLed!!! lol... So I'm happy, estatic even!

Did you download both parts of GIMP Michael? You have to download two separate things. I dl'ed it a few days ago and it is all there for me but I have decided that I am simply too stupid to use it and I don't want any argument from you! FOM

Yeah, I downloaded both parts and it was still all screwed up. So i just deleted it. =/ There were a lot of things missing... so I just didn't bother.
