I am officially frustrated...
Ok, I CANNOT cut the image from a well... Any pictures at all... You know, like making one of those PSD thing... Well, I think it's call PSD... Whatever it is, I can't cut the image properly. I tried so hard with PSP over the past few months and got extremely annoyed with the result. It always ended up looking edgy and having all those stick out things... Grr... I hate it! HELP!
I need to know how do people cut a picture out of a photo (I hope that make sense) and don't have all those rough edges, to be frank, I'm really annoyed and had almost given up trying to figure out, I nearly put my foot in the computer earlier... Bahh.. Out of all the things I CAN do... >.<
Newways, I have PSP9 and PS7... If anyone could help me figure out how to do that in either program, It will be much appreciated, I am starting to lose my head here... HELP!!

This is a tutorial that I wrote a long long time ago and don't know if it'll help you at all... or it may confuse you more. LOL Cutting Background Tutorial (PSP). One thing I have learned since I wrote this tutorial is that it is ok not to be completely precise and it is ok to have a bit of rough edges, because you then can blend it in with the background. And it is also amazing what the softening brush can do with a picture. And the feathering can take away some of the rough edges, too. But yeah. the main thing is to blend it with the background. And then the background can cover a lot of the roughness.

If you are wanting the out line, after you've vut out what you wanted, go to Selections >> Modify >> Expand and depending on how wide you want the outline... change the pixels. ;]
