Need an Impressive Banner

Just thinking maybe someone out there is bored and wants to make one.

Now, my guidelines:

Background: You can use any nice image background, a gradient background, or a plain color background as long as it looks nice.
Images:

The first image is a little small, and the second is a little big. Maybe you could resize them in photoshop.

Other Information: The images are to be faded in the background so it has three layers.
1) The background
2) Image(s) (Faded)
3) Text
I want the text scattered everywhere. I do NOT want it all in one text box. I want "NixieHorn" to be in a straight line and pretty big and noticeable in the bottom left corner. All the other text should be rotated and different sizes and a few different fonts. "NixieHorn" can be any font as long as you can read it. The background must be either a greenish, blueish, or purplish.

I would be the MOST grateful if you made it
