I need an animation program for Windows 98. Can anyone help me?

Tippy, try downloading unFREEz and Merge. They are two seperate programs but they help you create an animation with smooth transition. You can find them in a list of freeware gfx programs here. I've used both before when all I had was MS Paint and so if you need any help, let me know. Or, I believe Matt fixed up a tut a little bit back and I can find it for you. ;] Edit: Nvm, I went ahead and found it for you. It was created to help one make a mini banner but it'll show you what you need to know about it. It's found here. |
