Would you happen to know who the picture is of?

You see, I happen to find it in a site called MidniteAnime. I liked it and decided to use it but I need an ava to go with it and the name changed to Charity so I came to the only site that I thought could help me- here.

Because the image isn't showing up anymore. I can find out who the pic is of and look for one online. Then I can post it and since all I have at the moment is MS Paint... someone else would have to make it.
