I was thinking about started a skin site for beginners, so they can get skins, codes, and everything they need. I want it to be a friendly and cool place to be. Good idea?

Well, It is good idea, but bad idea also. As you probably know, majority of people on Proboards have a graphics forum so making new one wouldn't help you much. Maybe if you have something unique, your forum might work. Maybe try making a Skin Community like base your forum on skins, but have some general stuff also such as sigs, icons, etc. Get what I mean?
