~1 pixle border~ 1. Open up a sig. 2. Grab the rectangular marquee tool and select the whole sig. 3. Goto edit>layer>new layer. 4. Stroke 1 pixle black inside and this is what I got. Now for ~3 pixle borders~ 1. Repeat steps 1-3 for above tutorial. 2. Stroke 3 pixle black. 2. Select a color from your sig and make it your foreground color. 3. Edit>stroke>2 pixle of forground color. 4. Edit Stroke>1 pixle black and this is what I got. I hope you liked this tutorial.

hmmmm I found out something weird....I thought it was me, but now I find out it's photoshop. I tried doing these borders on PS7 and wouldn't work. I went down to my U. Nick's and he has Photoshop elements 2. It worked great, is my photoshop or Photoshop 7.0 in general.
