This was made in PSPX, however, because it is all secection tool and fill bucket, it should work in PS as well. ;] **To contract: Selections > Modify > Contract

Great tut, Michael! ;D Of course, I couldn't resist adding some glitter. (although I know it looks odd with the cloud being animated and the rain static. lol Oh well!)

Ok I cant say how others fair with this in PS but mine was hard.. Sadly I had to do it the hard way layer by layer cause I couldnt get the Selection to stay when I went to add a bubble...

Thank you, SavedbyGrace!
oh Nya, yours is so cute! If PS is anything like PSP, then you could try holding down the shift key when you make a new selection so it will just add to it rather than making a new selection.

Great tut Michael, its pretty helpful xP Done in PS. The darker cloud I decided to colour differently, but its really simple. Basically its filled in in a darker grey. Chose a round brush, soft edges and put the brush in overlay mode. Put to a low opacity (whatever works best), and do random lines/splodges whatever with a lighter brush. Keep going over it and you get that effect. A very tight number eight on its side works well within the middle of the cloud.
