Nya, I got it to work on the first try in PS! it's actually pretty easy! The line part was actually easy! Here's what I got for this skin I was making for a friend: i11.tinypic.com/2nluteg.gif

lol. Thankies! There's an easy way with the lines for PS. If you open a new document, the width being 50 pixels greater than your board width, and 100 height. Then use the Single Column Marquee Tool on each side of the image, fill it with black, duplicate it, flip it horizontally, move it to the other side, merge the layers today, and then move it to the actual background image and fill in the spaces between the black lines with your background colour or the gradient, that works as well. That's what I did. (Phew. Typing that was hard)

Single Column Marquee Tool..... I forgot bout that lol I was playing with it but it kept fading out the color around it but that does same thing lol.
Good work though its good to find simpilar waays of doing things ^^
