Make a matching Avatar and Signature. the Theme, style, and size is optional, but the banner width needs to be within 530 pixels to prevent board stretching. M@

This is the only one I've had time to do this week (I typically don't bother with matching avatars...sorry):

Sorry but you are not qualified for the contest. Half of the contest is to make a matching avatar... I'm not sure but I think you will be exempt (right word?) from this one... try making a matching avatar really quickly and then post it as a modification to your earlier post.

lol Chill, youngin: this was just a post to go along with signing up...I have no intention of trying to win this (just more or less showing off this week's work). Matt knows that if I was seriously entering it, I'd've taken 30 seconds to make an avatar. But since I'm not, I didn't.

No worries: it's easy to misconstrue things on a message board. In fact, it's a way of life on them. lol

Do I have to finish it by midnight tonight or tomorrow night? (I'm easily confused by things like that.)

Thank you M@! I think I'll wait and work on it tomorrow then... I've been spending the whole week working on contest entries over at livejournal, so I think I'll recharge my creative batteries.

Pity you weren't entering LHW, i love your banners (especially the gold & black one!) Thanks, Niniane. I'm just not into avatars, especially matching ones. Unless they're animated, I just don't feel like they add any artistic...value?...for lack of a better word. Just my personal opinion, of course. Besides, over the years, I've won (and lost) my fair share of sig contests (emphasis on the lost, thanks to guys like Essex), so there's no real need to try and acquire any more accolades. lol Not to say that I won't eventually enter one. Never say never, ya know.

btw Dasani, what's that font? it almost looks russian in an odd sorta way ~Gwennie~ xxx The font is called... Symbol. Lol.... It might look Russian but then again I don't know because I've never seen Russian before... lol.... and that's neat how you used a theme form a book.... I'm going to have to do that!
