...To design a Proboards Template The theme of your board can be anything and you can put as much work into it as you wish. The codes to be used are... Remove <home> Center Logo Forum Width Title, Category and Navi bar images Scroll Bar Cell highlight and Link So no fancy head and base images or background borders, pm bars and stuff. Both boards are to be submitted in 1 month after the challenge has been accepted. So what do you say? ;D

Before I accept.... some clarification Can there be a background image. Just not the fancy borders? (I've never done a background image or borders before and not totally sure how you do them or put them up and stuff). Also, will you post the codes that we can use so I know exactly what they are? Or do I need to find the codes myself?

Yeah you can have a background image. You enter the url to your background image in the 'modify colours' in the admin area, so you don't need a code for that. I'll IM all the codes you need

Wow Shan your board is beautiful. I love the Greek temple architecture and marble effect. The method you used to colourize the icons is pretty nifty, i've learnt something there. And all the smilies are animated, hehe . I'm totally 100% in love with your Post reply icons, lol...they are some of the best i have ever seen!

Thank you so much, Matt!!! I love your proboard, too!! I love how everything is so uniformed and such incredible lines and neatness to it. Both neat because it is one of the coolest things I have ever seen and neat, because it has such clean lines. One of your key signatures in every graphic you do I also love your post reply icons They are the best I've ever seen, too lol Excellent job, Matt!!! ~ Shan

So who won? Does anyone win in these duels or is this one like a draw or whatever you call it?

in these kind of things the winner is usually based on the general opinion of the members themselves. So if everyone posts that they like such and such the best, they win. If the winner is undetermined then I guess you can have some kind of rematch.

Hey Shan, I've been thinking about our next battle, hehe. How about if we both start off with the same colour scheme and take it from there. It would make it interesting dont you think? I think you should choose the colours, because your better at that that me.

That sounds like a really neat idea, Matt I will have to think about the colours then. hehe But, it would be really cool to see what kind of different style and stuff we would get from the same colours. I'll think about it this week, and post the colours next week. How's that?

I have another question... Do you want me to specifiy what they colours have to be used for. Like, for the background and stuff like that, or do you want me to just give you like 2 or 3 different colours and we can decide where to put them? What do you think?
