Sorry but this is bugging me, these graphics are really nice i have to agree but they are really basic and can be done in nearly any image editing program so do you really thing people should give you credit? Sorry it just kinda stood out to me, sorry if im wrong/sound wrong/sound annoyed. I dont mean to spark anything off its just a thought.

Hmm, well even though they might be simple, it does take a while to get the perfect matching colors. Gradients are kind of hard to copyright and all, becuase they are very easily done with any image editing program. But if you used paint, for example which takes a lot more time to do a grad than lets say PSP, then you might want to have your work valued for the amount of time and effort you put into them. It might take someone 5 minutes to do a grad in paint, while it might take someone else 3 hours...the person who put in 3 hours of effort surely deserves to have their work valued for what they've done, no matter how simple it is ^.^

Well this thing is debateable really, but i dont want to go into a debate . It just that with codes it might take someone with no konwledge to make a javascript or even easier a css code, like i once did. This code might be simple and alot of people can do it like these gradients above. However coppyrighting a piece of simple CSS code as ive found out there is no point as its something very simple and anyone can do it whether it takes you 3 hours to find it or 3 minutes just a thought though.

Its not like Im gonna go and report somebody for not giving me credit for using gradients I made....
Gradients are very simple to make, I agree, but still... I would appreciate it if people gave me credit if they are using them.
I used Serif PhotoPlus 6... It's a very lame program, those took probably a half hour to and hour getting the colors to match....
Again, it's not like Im gonna go and report someobdy to the TOS for not giving me credit... I do value the credit, but it's not really required for gradients... (or at least mine)

I think its because they didn't turn out to look really like 3D... but like normal grads....

I think they didn't notice it because you have bright colors. You should have dark colored gradient and then make it 3D because it's hard to see the white bar at the very top of each gradient when you have bright gradient. Try tha next time
