I'd give it about a 3 out of 5. I like the background and the placement of the image and text. The lines in the background could be a bit lighter. I think they stand out a bit too much. And the image has a lot of rough edges and could be blended better in the background. The border is interesting  I don't think I've seen a border quite like that before, so I think that is neat and unique. A cool siggy, there Guardian. |

I'd give it a 3/5 too. Again, I like the border effect, and the outline of the image looks a bit rough. and the glow effect makes it stand out. i like the bright colours they go well with the image |
