That is too adorable!! I think the hair is what makes it look scary, But I understand how babies have wild hair ^^ I love the nose and mouth, so CUTE! This is just a suggestion, but for babies the eyes are usually bigger than normal ^^ I THINK that will make it look a little less "Scary"...so to speak... I really like it tho!

Hmm.. I agree. Maybe if you take away the stray hair on the left, the broad one, or perhaps add more in like it behind the head and around the sides, it would be better. And the space between the eyes. The TONGUE and the FRECKLES STAY!!! ^^ They're so cute! And I love you're daughter's name! It's beautiful! *nods*

This is a really cute, and it's understandable that hair, especially babies or children because it’s so thin, is hard. You could try VEXEL.com www.vexels.net/Since I’m new to this, I’m not sure what the difference is between a vector and vexel. But it’s a great place anyways, so regardless, a must visit. :J
