the render looks good on the background, so top marks for that  . You could work on the background a little more, i guess. i'd give it 3/5 |

I used the same image several months ago. It looks like you either color balanced the image to green, or placed it under a green layer. When you did that, you removed the aspect that Spawn's eyes are green flames...and also changed his red guantlet to purple.
I also think the text is...a little...soft, for lack of a better word. I think it'd look better if it was more crisp.
I give it the same as Matt.
