Thats real nice M@hu. I have little patience with MS Paint but after seeing that I may have to reconsider and give it another chance!

Wow! I didn't think you used Paint! That is awesome! How did you make the little brick-like border?

The border effect is pretty easy. If you want to try it out just fill an image with a mid-range colour, then draw a small line with a darker shade, and next to it draw a line using a ligher shade.

It's pretty amazing and kinda magical. It is an effect I've seen used all over the web and so I copied it

I use a freeware tool called Lens rather a lot. You'll find a link to the download with the other Freeware. You could also use the MS tool Magnifier if you have that on your computer. If you want to learn how a lot of web graphics are done it's a good idea to zoom in on them and study them and copy them. that's how I learnt to do gradients.

Man! That is so sweet!!!! I'm going to download lens and do that! What I was doing was using the Color Cop and using the Zoom on that.... but I'll download Lens...

Michael, that works, too. I use Color Cop a lot of the time as well. But, Matt has told me before that Lens is a bit better, because you can have a bigger screen with it.

ooooo...... then I can see how it is better but I'm sticking with Color Cop.... I'm being lazy right now so I don't feel like downloading anything!
