I don't get how you use brushes to make bgs like that. I've always thought that things like that are cool.

It looks like he used some fractals, pixelations effects and light effects. Diagonal Blinds... I don't know. lol. Piurek, you're going to have to create a tut or point us in the direction of the one you used. lol.
