The Bible isn't one book...it's made up of numerous books which were written over the course of about 1,500 years, if I remember correctly. Authors range from Moses, to King David, to the Apostles.

Physically, no. However, He did divinely Inspire the authors to write what they did.

Physically, no. However, He did divinely Inspire the authors to write what they did. Correct! If you want to be techinal about it, then man wrote it. But what happened is God basically dictated the Word and man were like the scribes and wrote it all down.

Actually, one of the biggest arguments involving The Bible is its literal-ness.
Some people will argue that it's the Literal Word of God, while others will argue that it's the Inspired Word of God. The difference is that the former is taken as God literally dictating what should be written, and the latter is that the individual authors expressed themselves via their own words and personalities to get God's message across to people.
My personal belief is the latter, and I believe good examples of this are the Gospels, and how each Apostle records the exact same events in different ways.

I did some research on this and there are only two times that it is recorded that God's Hand actually wrote. The first time is when He wrote the 10 commandments on the stone tablets. The second time He wrote on a wall to tell a king to get his act together.
